In & Out Registry

Went to renew my ID 3/13/2018 in the late afternoon. Hilda helped me and she was awesome. Great customer service. Nice to see that there are still some really good people that work with the public. If I need anything again I would wait in line to be serviced by her.

This registry is all about money making and not serving customers. I got my fair share of this when I walked in to complain about not receiving my original license after a temp one was given two months ago. I was told I have to pay for the license again because I was not in possession of the expired temp license. This just goes to show what they are all about.

Went in for my road test 2x. Had examiner #03913 Neil and was very happy with my experience. First time I missed a stop sign; he had no choice but to fail me but was very kind & gave many tips. Second round, he was a bit late due to someone before me but couldn't apologize enough. He was super nice, even cutting me a few breaks; it was clear he was wanting me to pass. Considering a road test being nerve wracking, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Super happy, thanks Neil!

They are not good...

They are not good in customer service. They are snob. I asked the lady in the front desk if they could update my photo for driver's licensed but she didn't mind my request. I was wondering if I'm wrong for my request but I really felt bad about it. Tsktsk.

As in the previous post napaul mentioned ,the examiner #03913 is acting unprofessionally and with the intention that the candidate does not pass the test. Avoid in any case!

If you want to take your kid or spouse or yourself for a road examination stay from this registry. The examiner 03913 Neil very unprofessional and rude. Felt the need to insult my 16 yr old son with name calling and belittling during exam calling him deaf and insinuating he's stupid. He showed up late also which is ok for him not the other way around. Stay away from this place unless you want to console your kid and tell them they are not as bad as examiner made them feel
