Contacted in mid June to have main drain POWER augered. Tech arrives, does manual auger. Send bill out end of July. Contact mid August to pay bill, let them know problem not solved. Lady says pay bill when problem is solved. Reiterate needs POWER auger. Comes again and does manual auger, says block is roughly 80'-80' seems like a VERY long distance to do a manual auger. Back and forth till he tells me they do not do power auger? Paid bill and now have to pay again to have done correctly.
