Brentwood Family Medical Centre

I have been going here for walk-ins for over 20 years and I can officially say this is the rudest staff and reception and service I have ever received in my life. I am shocked at how rude and ignorant the staff are and have become over the years at this location. I tried calling several times and nobody would answer the phone. When I went there to seek medical help the receptionists wouldn't even say hello. I was the only person in the clinic and they wouldn't help me in any way, shape or form.

Terrible! Used to be such a good walk in clinic but has gone severely downhill, went in for a walk in appointment to have one nurse say she was going to ask the doctor as I was only there to get a refill on asthma medication. The 2nd nurse told her don’t bother and would refuse to even ask the doctor if they could see me. She very rudely told me to go to a different clinic. These people are the front line and are so rude! This clinic never used to be this way…..
