    If I could give a minus star I would. Do not entertain calling this company. After several costly visits for a microwave and then being told it would cost over $600 I found another company that repaired it for under $150. I have made several attempts to speak with the owner with no response. This company was on the website as a recommended service company for my brand of appliances. I have been in contact with that company to have them removed from their website.

    This is the appliance company that was sent out by the large Appliance Company that my appliances were purchased through. The tech was not only dismissive of my concerns, but was rude and extremely condescending. My visit ended with him storming out of my house and telling me he wouldnt ever be coming back. At least we agree on one thing - I will never allow another tech from that company into my home to treat me poorly and not do anything to fix the problems they were sent to fix.

    Far too expensive for the work completed. When attempting to resolve, the gal who answers the phone has no authority to do so. Neither the owner nor accountant call back to resolve the issues.

    Horrible customer service, very unreliable!!! Waiting to have a fridge repaired going on 3 weeks. This is a warranty service and they give us so much runaround. Will not recommend this company!

    They came to my house 3 times to fix my fridge. By the third time, they said they had replaced everything they could and that if I still had issues, it would probably need to be replaced. I had to deal with this for 6 months, and taking numerous days off and they also had 3 no shows blaming it on wrong number (even though they have been dealing with me for so long), wrong address, etc. Finally, I called Whirlpool with the last no show as they were not picking up their phone any longer and told t
