Had similar issue. HOWEVER, I too have used for over 4 years and after all of those great washes, realized I would not blame them for one bad one. Went back and they gave me excellent information (especially to dry my vehicle after the wash) and a re-wash. Funny how this earlier reviewer admits to four years of good washes and then bashes them for one bad (and may not be car wash's fault!). Excellent customer service and very, very clean facilities. Highly recommend!
Just popped in to wash the truck when I pull away and jump out and go into my meeting I noticed my truck is full of a white powdery substance so I go back to the sparkling Auto Wash and decide I think there might be something wrong with your washbay I've got a bunch of wash residue left on my truck the guy precedes to come outside and tell me that I must have left some soap on my vehicle I've washed my truck here now for 4 years same way so over the 2bucks they loose a customer
