And, of course, all of this is complemented with a glass of bubbly. The brunch menu is plated Saturday, and is served buffet-style on Sundays.

Le Select Bistro

Le Select Bistro takes a Parisian bistro approach to its champagne brunch. The menu includes French classics like smoke salmon eggs Benedict, duck confit and seared foie gras. There are four types of champagne to choose from, it’s best that you ask your server which will pair perfectly with your meal.
