PPN flooring, took full payment but never completed work, promised to come back but never showed up, send multiple messages but never respond PPN flooring Nick came and did the flooring (including sanding some hardwood floor and installing some new laminate floor) for my rental property, they leave the new flooring quarter round and reducer moulding wide open, loose, and unfinished, and demand the full payment. Then they never come back again for more than 2 months.
