    I went in for a f...

    I went in for a facial that was suppose to be 90min. The lady show up late (10min after my appointment time), then she finished 15min before the ending time. Not worth for the money paid. I am trying different spa to find my favorite one, but for sure i won't go back to west spa again. The staff at the reception wasn't really friendly either...

    I went in for a wax, i was trying out some different spas because the one i usually go to was a little too $$. however, after my experience at spa west id gladly pay the extra cash! they botched my wax, she took off waaaaay to much and what she did leave was an off set and uneven triangle. i will NEVER be returning. Also, on their website it said my service was 20$ but they charged me $25.

    First and last time at West Spa. While waiting for a relaxing couple's massage, another customer ate lunch in the waiting room which stank like stir fry. I mentioned that I would like to the masseuse to concentrate more on the shoulder and neck. Right away she asked me if i wanted to pay more for therapeutic massage. The music was awful and the CD kept skipping. Not impressed for $150. The cashier at the front desk never asked us if we enjoyed our first visit just pay and get out!

    a bit pricy... for the West Island

    Great place for a all in one spa! Karine is the best for waxing, electrolysis. The blonde older receptionist is a bit rude to my liking, and likes to over charge on your credit card.
