Reservation?

Now that this restaurant has lost their place at the waterfront, it makes it harder to visit them as there is little to no parking actually. To drive over across town to enjoy a meal, we were met by a whole room of empty tables which were reserved for a LU Hockey game. We were told we could not have a table. This was at 5PM,,,,reservations set for 6-630PM. We could not reserve before, now all of a sudden you can? And you turn customers away because of these reservations. Who ever heard of reserving a whole restaurant in the first place where you would loose sales. I spent 38 yrs of my life in the food service industry and had never come across this. I would not have done it myself. You have great food guys, but your accommodating your regulars leaves a lot to be desired. You have lost approx. $4,000.00 annually with us.

I was looking forward to their chinese buffet...

I was looking forward to their chinese buffet after hearing co-workers rave about it. It was very disappointing....the food was sub par & the ribs were basically deepfried fat..also the oil probably was old as it left a lardy taste in my mouth for several hours afterwards. The quality of the food & preparation needs to be improved. Very over rated buffet. On the plus side I do have to complement the server who was exceptional & very friendly.
