Bought an air to spring suspension conversion kit from them on line. Mid conversion, mechanic saw that these guys shipped coil springs that are too short. They requested pics so I sent 10 images of the useable parts installed and the coils which are too short, also my bill of sale which shows 2 more coil springs had to be ordered. Now they want a pic of all parts they sent together in one image. Now you tell me how that will be possible at this point. This company is terrible. Buyer beware!
They don't give two toots about customer service at this store. I ordered online and their website or computer put in the wrong postal code parts are supposed to come in 3 business days I ordered on May 3rd it is now May 14th. Two out of the three boxes came. With all this going on I called them and told them hey you have the wrong postal code after UPS told me it was incorrect. They informed me that was my mistake and the banks mistake for accepting the charge. I told him that UPS said that the
Have dealt with this company for many years and had nothing but good experiences. Their customer service was top rate and in the rare event I was shipped wrong or needed warranty service, I was dealt with professionally and efficiently. In 6 years I didn’t have a bad thing to say. Under this new ownership first order was I sent wrong parts and have dealt with incompetence throughout. Got sick of their boldface deceit and am having MasterCard chase down my refund- BEWARE OF THIS NEW OWNERSHIP
Terrible service. They don't know shit about what they are ordering or receiving. Gave me wrongs part and once I called they were just stupid and sounded like they were asleep. Rather pay more somewhere and have my parts and not waste my time . Total fail
I always find the parts that Im looking for, prices are competitive mostly better than other online retailers. Also the Free shipping makes it much more easier and favorable!!
Maybe I could rate them better if they'd actually answer their phone. Then I could ask them why they keep charging my credit card when I've NEVER purchased anything there.
If I am exchanging a defective part that has been on the car for a week, why would I pay substantially more for the replacement part from the same manufacturer (A1 Cardone)? Well that is what Price Choice did, charged me more for the replacement Plus the first time, the car was out of commission waiting for the parts for 10 days because they forgot to order the parts. Then I had to do the job a second time to install the replacement part. Prime Choice has a lot to learn about customer service.
Bought a second fuel replacement pump for my 2003 Olds Alero (first replacement was bought from GM itself and also blew out.) This fuel pump has already lasted longer than the one GM installed only 5 years after the car was bought. Their parts are inexpensive, and have already proven to be better than the dealerships parts.
Terrible customer service experience, Erin was not helpful at all and not willing to provide proper customer service . Need to polish customer services skills or better training
