Horrible staff. Rude, lazy and never have your prescription ready on time. I've seen high school kids more competent at their jobs. The younger guy with a beard needs to be fired. He's horrible to people and clueless about anything going on, refuses to help you.
As has been the practice for the last few months, my prescriptions, booked on line , are not ready when the system says they will be. The on line message said one would be ready Saturday afternoon. I went Sunday at 10:15 and was told it was not ready yet and if I wanted to wait 20 mins it would be. “We were really busy yesterday” doesn’t help. If the wait is 48 hours from booking , the system should say so. This is the third time in a row this has happened. Not a dependable system!
Went on wait list to book flu shots. When I hadn't been notified of an appointment I called and was told to wait and I would be called. Never got a call. Booked last covid 19 shot and when we showed up for the appointmet we were told that they were not giving shots due to staff shortages. Again no one notified that the appointment was cancelled. Got the shot at another clinic. Phoned to cancel the appointment that we were given and was on hold for 55 minutes. Not able to have anyone talk
The pharmacist is very nice, but the customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. I stood there for over thirty minutes today waiting for my prescription to be filled - standing right in front of them, and they couldn't be bothered to tell me that they had already filled it. They dont seem to mind wasting your time.
I come here regularly since 2017 and I have to say the service I have received is tremendous. I get great follow-up, staff and pharmacy manager are helpful with every issue and I have gotten to know them on a first-name basis.
Helpful and caring staff. Lots of sales and really knowledgeable pharmacists. My whole family comes here now.

The service provided at the pharmacy is not even a 1! The pharmacist shakes his head or nods. Does not speak to any customer. He was even sued if he could speak yesterday by an elderly customer. His lab coat is FILTHY!!! he has obviously worn it for months. Never washed it nor worn another. The collar is brown and black. The sleeves are black. The entire lab coat is absolutely filthy. It is disgusting that he serves clients. Both managers aware as I spoke with them. Nothing done. Gross.
Unfortunate they are so unorganized... time after time they loose my prescription, forget to fill it on time. The wait is never less than 15 minutes. They don't acknowledge that u are at the counter. Sadly, they also don't care. Negative comments does not make them feel as though they should make any changes to the customer service at the pharmacy or from checkouts
I had been going to the Rexall pharmacy at the Elmave shopping centre because it was close to home and we had an account set up that sent the bill directly to our insurance. Lately I have been experiencing endless problems that have prompted me to change pharmacies. I went to get antibiotics for my seven year old a few days ago and when it was time to pay I noticed that they were these huge capsules. For a seven year old. I told them that he needed a liquid suspension. Another 15 minutes wait. I had to repay because the liquid is $3 more. Arrived home and they official receipt wasn't in the bag as it is supposed to be. Yesterday I went to get antibiotics for my 5 year old and when I got home I realised that there was no liquid in the medication! Just powder at the bottom of the bottle. I had to go back with my baby and sick 5 year old so that they could add the liquid. This morning I got a message on the answering machine informing me that I didn't pay for my seven year old's antibiotics, which I did. I checked my credit card bill and it is on there. Honestly, it is unbelievable. I find some of the staff there unfriendly and unhelpful. My advice would be to AVOID this pharmacy!
