Placed an order Jan 28, 2017 for delivery. I ordered one dozen chicken/shrimp spring rolls - WHERE's the CHICKEN/SHRIMP just cabbage and onions + 2 sheds of carrot - very disappointing and just awfull. $18.00 for garbage. I ordered the Lemon Chicken agan - WHERE's the CHICKEN very thin very thick batter not cooked through. I called the business back - NOTHING. I asked that they have the Owner/Manager call me back no response.

I have been going to new china for the past 5-10 years. It is the best chinese take out I've had in Ottawa.
