Ordered a fridge in nov.2020. Was told it would be delivered by end of December. I have to keep calling for updates as no one calls to let you know. It is now scheduled for February sometime. Still no date available. I feel suckered for having believed them in the first place... never again
Bought a lazy boy 8 months ago from them and it’s done already. Never again.
I bought this less than a year and a half ago, fumes and sparkles started to come out of the back of the panel even after we turned the stove off. We needed to run and cut the power off for the sparks to stop. When I called Leon's they told me to call the Manufacturer. Manufacturer said they will send a repair man on June 5. June 5 th arrived, the Repair man company (Stein appliances) said that they just received the order and they don't have someone before the 11th... By the way I called Stain
Buy and beware once you purchase something the customer service stops there!!!! My LG fridge stopped working 7 months after my purchase and its like jumping threw hoops tying to get my warrenty! Leons only cares about the sale!!! Customers service sucks!!Ill never shop there again this is twice ive been burned from them!! See ya!!!
Your delivery guys were just great, the care and time they took was nothing I have experienced before, they were so precise in there ability to determine the best way to make the delivery as carefree as possible. The quality of the product was just as great, we purchased a new fridge, I love it. Thanks so much.

This place is simply full of amazing things that you would need to decorate your home. I always come here to buy home decor. Make sure you walk through the whole store and look at everything. There are lots of amazing things you can find at every corner of the store.

I would recommend the Leon's store at Queensview Dr. Very pleased with the service provided here, purchased a new sofa table last week. It looks great and is worth the money I spent, that's for sure. I will visit this store again!
This place is ridiculously unorganized. If you plan on purchasing any furniture expect to wait around for 30+ minutes. I waited for this long and was then told that the items had already been sold. The manager didn't care at all and mumbled "sorry for the inconvenience". I'll never be going back.
the Manager name Rob , wouldn,t give his last name is rude and hang up the phone while i was talking. At least i need my rebate since the item ( reclining sofa ) have it $200.00 off since i bought it.But he hang up the phone, the conversation stop from there. I am hanging in the air. Do i have my rebate or not? Still a ????????.
J'ai fait confiance à Leon's il y a plusieurs années en y achetant un ensemble de salle à dîner. Il a fallu qu'ils viennent l'échanger 7 FOIS!! avant d'avoir satisfaction. Devinez quoi? Je leur ai fait encore confiance récemment (belle tarte!) pour un ensemble de salon et ils ont fait une erreur lors de la livraison. Leur prix est bien mais leur service est tout simplement pourri!!
Bought a sectional in Nov with a promise that it would be there for Xmas, latest New Year. In the country by the Dec 14th. Called the 14th. Half the sectional was there, rest would be there late Dec, early Jan. Got a call the next day saying sectional would be delivered. Move out the old one, half a sectional arrives the next day. Untreated (paid for this at purchase). Called the store. "Mid Jan" for the other half. Call the salesguy the next day... sorry, late Jan. Through the holidays with half a sectional... grrrr.... nice when it arrived though but won't shop there again.
