French Onion Soup
Caramelized onions in a rich beef broth topped with homemade croutons and Gruyère cheese, gratinéed until golden and bubbly. Served with warm bread.

Fresh PEI mussels gently steamed in a saffron tomato sauce with white wine, smoked sausage, diced peppers and onions. Served with frites and toasted bread.
Escargots
Braised in white wine and fresh herbs and smothered in a lemon-garlic butter. Topped with parsley, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; lightly gratinéed. Served with warm slices of bread.
Salmon Tartar G.F. Option
Mixed with a lemon & dill aioli. Served on shaved cucumber and topped with a tomato lemon confit. Accompanied by artisan crackers and house made mustard.

Flat-bread baked in our stone hearth oven, this bruschetta is layered with a mushroom and olive tapenade, marinated Roma tomatoes, feta, fresh basil pesto, cracked black pepper and balsamic drizzle.

A combination platter of cheeses, meats and other selections from our menu. Gruyère cheese, Lavergne's pepperoni, beet tartar, pork rillette, parsnip chips, apple raisin chutney, Parmesan cheese, tomato lemon confit and house pickled vegetables. Honey-dijon infused salmon fillet. Pan seared and served on aromatic basmati rice with zucchini and carrot noodles, blistered tomatoes and topped with a citrus remoulade and fried capers. infused with honey and orange zest and served with Ontario charred-corn and peach salsa, wild rice pilaf and yam crisps.
Linguini with Mushroms
Fresh linguini pasta tossed in our house mushroom-truffle cream sauce, sautéed bacon lardon and creminis. Add a 4oz salmon fillet or grilled chicken breast for $6.
Duck Confit G.F.
Local Québec duck leg, confit in house and roasted crisp. Served with saradaise potatoes, sauteed broccolini, fried potato chips and a black current gastrique.
Ratatouille V & G.F.
A traditional vegetable stew of zucchini, peppers, onions, and eggplant in a rich and herbaceous sauce. Topped with puffed quinoa with fresh parsley. Add a 4oz salmon fillet or grilled chicken breast for $6.
Coq au Vin
Chicken supreme lightly seared and braised in white wine. Seasoned with bacon lardon, cremini mushrooms and caramelized pearl onions. Served over buttered new potatoes, with baby top carrots and fried brussel sprouts.
Beef Bourguignon
Red wine braised Ontario beef stewed in a rich demi-glace with pearl onions, carrots, celery and mushrooms. Served over egg noodles tossed in a truffle cream with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

10oz local bone-in pork chop from Lavergne's Butcher in Navan. Dry-rubbed, grilled and served with a creamy garlic mash, braised red cabbage, red pepper puree, broccolini and a warm-apple compote.

Mixed greens on a bed of warm quinoa with goat cheese. Choose from:
*Grilled chicken breast, candied walnuts, apple/fennel slaw, lemon vinaigrette.

Steak and Frittes EXCELLENT!!
Service bilingue excellent. Repas et ingrédients de qualité nous ont été servis rapidement! Superbe vue de Gatineau-Ottawa avec un beau coucher de soleil.
Our experience was not a good one. The servers did their best however it took 2 hours for our meal to arrive and when it did it was mediocre at best. This location needs to be top notch or it won't survive. The design is all wrong. The view is blocked. the room is long and empty. The staff have to walk miles to serve people. They had to bus tables and tend bar and greet people as well as serve. Too much for 2 people.
Je suis aller pour souper un dimanche soir’. J ai commander comme entrée les escargots..très secs et pas de beurre. Le steak frites ok mais les légumes c était des choux de Bruxelles ...qui étaient beaucoup trop cuits même calcinés...je l ais mentionner au serveur... Comme j avais très faim ,je n avaismpas le goût de retourner mon plat.
Fabulous new restaurant on enclosed rooftop at 460 St Laurent Blvd. Beautiful ambiance, wonderful views, but also great menu choices. My husband and I had lunch there today. The onion soup was outstanding, as were the muscles and frites, and thé service was excellent. This is a standout for the east end. Can’t wait to go back.....and will be bringing my friends.
