    Not happy at all,...

    Not happy at all, made my mom an appointment and had to unfortunately change the time. The woman I'm the phone could barely speak English, and she didn't put my mom down for the right time, instead it was an hour later then she told me and runined my mothers planned day since she's from two hours outside of Ottawa. Not impressed at all.

    20 min late, then...

    20 min late, then massage started and I asked for deeper pressure (it was very light). Things were fine for a few minutes, then she started a choppy motion which went on for 5 -10 min. I asked if she could return to Swedish-style massage the way she'd started. She said she was confused so I tried to explain ("sorry, my back is sore today. Could you go back to the style you were doing beforehand?") and she refused and stormed out of the room. Very unprofessional.
