Knowledgeable and Honest Shop

I've been taking my Honda's to this shop for years. The staff is always honest, and helpful. One particular experience involved an intermittent air conditioning problem that was dye tested to no avail by another shop (I was out of town, in-laws dropped it at their mechanic). Upon my return, I brought it to Finateri's who quickly identified it as the on/off switch, and fixed it for only 60.00. Another time, I had a flat, I took it to the nearest shop around Carlingwood, and the "mechanic" told me it couldn't be fixed because it was too close to the side. I needed a new tire (over 100.00). Then I decided to drive a little further and went to Finateri's. They plugged it for next to no cost, and it's been fine for years now. I send my wife to Finateri's if she has problem with her car, and if they tell her something needs to be fixed, I have no doubt it's truly required.

Finateri -- Excellent Service

I would highly recommend this Finateri Service Station (992 Merivale Rd, Ottawa) based on our recent experience there. We had a flat tire late one evening in March and had parked the car along Merivale Rd. The next morning, one of the Finateri mechanics took me back to the car in his truck to check the condition of the tire, then drove our car to the garage to have the tire repaired. The work was done quickly and well. The cost was very reasonable. Above all, the people we dealt with (office, owner, mechanic) were both knowledgeable and helpful -- they went out of their way to get us back on the road again. Five stars!
