The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario is a pediatric health and research center providing outstanding family-centered patient care, pioneering breakthrough research, and training the health care professionals of tomorrow. Over the past thirty-eight years, CHEO has established itself as a world-class centre providing leading-edge treatment, diagnostic and laboratory services for children and youth aged 0 to their 18th birthday. CHEO houses the Provincial Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health and the Ontario Newborn Screening Program.     ED with a total lack of professionalism or consideration for others. The fact that this is absent in a health care setting is frightening. This is no Sick Kids! Yes, long wait times, but it’s an ED. I get it and expected it. But the lack of communication and overall lack of concern for others was appalling. We left more helpless than we came in. Not even given minutes of anyone’s time after 6hrs while my husband was waiting in the car. Hope to never need CHEO again. #nomoredonating#nosickkids
