Hi, It is very disappointing that a seafood restaurant over-cooks seafood. The broiled shrimp was unedible and the lobster was tough and overcooked. The butter was not heated up and the candles were so low there wasn't a chance that it ever would be. The rice was cold and flavourless. The service was inattentive and distracted. Our appetizer plates weren't even removed before the main courses arrived. It seemed to take a long time for wine and refills of other drinks. Overall it was not worth the money and it was not our first visit - we were expecting alot better for a special birthday party.
I used to work closer to this part of town, so I used to go much more often for their half priced appetizers. I wish they'd open one in the Kanata area! You would do well in our end of town. I love love love my oysters, and when they are half price, they taste even better. I have had the gator, corn meal bread, shrimp in garlic butter and broiled cheese. And of course it always goes nicely with a cold beer or a glass of white. Super service and they're always happy to see you. Never disappointed and I think I'll go back soon to try the seafood fondue people seem to be so pleased with.
The atmosphere is awsome dark and decorative with great music. The bar is awsome. I love the food period... nothing bad to say.
