my situation: needed to get the trailer hitch on my GMC 2500 HD moved off the spare tire. Lady hit me from behind drilling the bumper and the hitch into the rear tire, so it would not be able to come down in case we needed the spare, on our trip back to Calgary. While my wife filled out her accident report, I went next door to the shop to see and explain my situation. If you are not using this shop to repair you vehicle, FLAT OUT YOU ARE NUTS!!!
