I'm the type of person who is always curious about different cultures, and I told myself why not try some Turkish restaurant if there is one in Ottawa?
And so I did. And it was just sublime. The waitresses are always very kind, clean and polite. The menu is fascinating with historical facts, and the diversity of food is excellent. I had tried to Top Kapi special and I was blown away by the savoury taste it had. The desserts are also just as amazing. This restaurant converted me to trying more Turkish meals and it has become one of my favorite type of cuisine out there.
The bathrooms are very clean, and even have little essentiels on the counters. I thought it was very thoughtful and adorable. The place is very neatly decorated, with real roses everytime.
Overall, the food, the service and the atmosphere are worth the price you pay at the end of the day.
This was one of the most amazing dining experiences either of us have had in Ottawa so far. The wait staff went above and beyond with the service, and made some excellent recommendations (which was great since we had never had 'real' Turkish food before).
The food was AMAZING... we were talking about it for days afterwards.
Highly, highly recommended. We will definitely be going back and taking visitors here.
