amazing customer service!! Both employees jumped in to help me finish my package to meet the UPS pickup. They both went out of their way to ensure that my parcel made it to Missouri before Christmas. At such a busy time of year its wonderful to find such great customer service. Lets support our local businesses. Give this location your business.

Horrible service and unpleasant from hello like I was bothering him in his place of work

Not everyone drives, consideration would've been appreciated

On the UPS notice, it claims you have 7 days to pick up your parcel. On the 2nd last day, going to pick it up, I was told it wouldn't be available until the last day, and not only the last day, but at the end of the day. I asked the UPS employee if I could pick it up earlier, he gave me his card and told me to call at 1pm and I'd be able to pick up then. When I called at 1pm, he spoke as if he hadn't told me to call him, and said "I said come at end of day."
