Nice One Nail Ltd

I have been going there for about five years and while there are some pleasant technicians, the last few times I have been there, the one technician I have seen for years is rude, dismissive and does not seem to care about my service. I am not going back! And, it was almost empty today!

nail technician was rude and innapropriate - complaining loudly and rudely about clients, me included, not realizing that I understand the exchanges. Never coming back. Don't go there.

I have been going to this salon on and off for years, primarily because I never have to plan ahead- there is always room at the last minute. The last three times it has gotten progressively worse. It smells so strong of chemicals I could hardly stand being in it-they used to keep the room for doing the higher chemical manicures closed off. The staff have masks in the back room- we do not in the front area. This is the second time in a row the technician did not listen to me when I asked them

Don't get acrylic...

Don't get acrylic nails from here. Mt nails glued to my finger tips which can happen but they normally clean it up before you leave. This place does not, I had to fix my nail after pay 50+ for them. very poor service ... I will never go back
