Made a service appointment using their online service 2 weeks ago, including notes. Received a confirmation email 2 weeks ago and a reminder email yesterday. Drove 30 min to the dealership to find out their online service appointments don't work so they'd don't honour them and I had to rebook. Wasted an hour plus fuel and wear and tear on my vehicle and I have to go back next week. DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS ONLINE
