My wifes relatives go here and recommended them to us. We have been going for the past 5+ years and have always had great service and honest advice. The sign of an honest mechanic is when they tell you things that you *dont* need to fix (at least, not right away), and H&D Lytle are that kind of mechanic. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic and friendly

Ever since moving to Ottawa 1.5 yrs ago from Burlington, ON - I continued to take my vehicle back to Burlington to my 'reg' mechanic as we have a long history. On my return from a recent trip to Toronto, a loud noise was coming from the brakes, i found H & D, gave them a call and brought in my car. They ended up fixing the car for free - yes for FREE as it was just a simple ABS shield rubbing against the rotor. Trust is HUGE when it comes to establishing a new mechanic, H & D are super friendly and VERY VERY honest. I will now use them as my regular mechanic and recommend them to anyone in need of one.
