Amazing

My friend and I fell upon this restaurant quite by accident. We were getting gas at the nearby gas station and decided to check out the restaurants in the little plaza beside it. Boy did we luck out!We went into this little unassuming restaurant and didn't know what to expect. The decor is somewhat drab and the bathrooms were terrible. This made me a little skeptical about the whole place but we were pleasantly surprised. So many menu choices to choose from with many dishes I have never even hear of. Everything was amazing!!! I loved watching the older couple cooking in the kitchen. They had a huge wok over a large controlled fire. It was so awesome to watch. I can't wait to go back. I wish I didn't live 6 hours away,

Fantastic Food

Having been out of the country for several years and unable to get decent Chinese cuisine, it was a real treat to sink my teeth into the food once again. Cooked to order, the food was hot and fresh and stayed so until we got it home. The portions were so big that it fed the 4 of us, and we still had left overs. We got 7 dishes and it came in under $50.00 All told, an excellent meal!

Wonderful food

I've tried a lot of disappointing and overpriced Chinese food in Ottawa - but this place is great. I order food from this restaurant regularly and I'm never disappointed. I've eaten their buffet as well and it was also fabulous. I would recommend this restaurant highly. It's not aesthetically fancy, but I go for the food, not the decorations. I'm getting take out tonight after work!

Beyond Delicious !

Finally !!! After living in Ottawa for 8 years, I have found a chinese restaurant that does it right. We ordered in, delivery was fast and friendly....and the food was hot and delicious, not greasy and very reasoably priced. I will order again for sure! Well Done...

I have been going to this chinese restaurant...

I have been going to this chinese restaurant since I was very young. The best service, always recognized my family. No chinese food will ever compare to this restaurant. Buffet, sit in or take out, always amazing! I only wish the restaurant was decorated a little nicer. (maybe some red walls with dimmed lights and gold accents throughout)

This is absolutely the best chinese restaurant in...

This is absolutely the best chinese restaurant in ottawa. The inside is a little small, but the food definitely makes up for it 100 percent. I have been going there for years and continue to keep on going. They have the best eggrolls, and the best chicken balls, and the absolute best beef and chicken fried rice and anything else you might like to order. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love the chinese food from this restaurant. It is the best chinese food in town and no one does it better. Growing up my family ordered from Country Place chinese retaurant and I will always order my chinese food from Country Place C.R!!! If you like chinese food and you haven't been to Country Place Chinese Restaurant, you haven't had chinese food!!! :)

Great restaurant. We have never eaten inside. Mostly take out. Great take out menu. Food is incredible. When you order something spicy, it is spicy. As opposed to some chinese restaurants that take the edge out of the spicy food.
