My mom first took me to see Kathryn at Caress when I was 13 and my eyebrows were becoming a unibrow. I was a little embarrassed at first because I'm a guy and hadn't heard of anyone doing this before. Kathryn was really nice and it wasn't too painful. My eyebrows look natural and I've only had to go back a couple of times to have them touched up; I'm 16 now. I would definitely recommend Caress.

Kathryn has helped me regain my femininity! Absolutely worth it. It was hard to believe I finally found an effective treatment! Excellent Service and Results

When I decided to do electrolysis, I did a lot of research to find the best possible clinic in Ottawa. I came up with Caress. They use high-powered microscopes, the latest electrolysis machines, the best in sterilization practices, and the staff is very experienced. Unquestionably they lived up to their reputation. I had electrolysis done by Kathryn, Jane and Kim--all three did fantastic work on my face. I never suffered the burns or scars that some of my friends have endured at less professional clinics. In fact the redness from treatment usually faded by the time I got home, 30 minutes later. And the results have been fantastic. I'd also add that I found Caress a very friendly environment, and was made to feel entirely comfortable by all the staff. I couldn't recommend Kathryn and her team more highly.
