Over the past 5+ years we purchased a recycled stove for our daughter's condo, then for her next place a stove and fridge all of which worked very well, and are still working well now. We are very happy with Bryan's.

Great after sales service and warranty honoured without question. I bought a set of Frigidaire kitchen appliances and fridge had problems with freezer after a few weeks. They came without delay and got it running but it needed part replacement so instead they just replaced the fridge with a similar model; however, this one too required complete new motherboard which they ordered and installed. Just purchased a good old fashioned washer and dryer and they run perfectly.They don't make them like they used to.We wanted simple without fancy options.Our clothes don't care and all we want is clean clothes. It is worth mentioning that Dennis was extremely helpful and answered our questions honestly.Here's the kicker...delivery was amazing! On time, police and professional.They didn't nick a wall or frame and were incredibly pleasant.

Everything they say about Bryans is true. I suffered with my brand new energy efficient wash machine for 3 years with one issue after another and finally replaced it with a beautiful used machine from Bryans for less than half the price. There was one small problem with the spin cycles. The repairman came to my house that day and had everything fixed by the next day. Incredible service!!

We needed a second hand fridge. Denis helped us to find exactly what we needed, quoted a fair price and arranged for delivery within three days. Professional, polite service. I recommended Bryans without hesitation if you need a high quality recycled appliance with a warranty and delivery. Agree with all the positive comments in the other reviews.

I was in need of new stainless steel appliances and was referred to Bryans Appliances. From the moment I walked in the door I received top notch service. I found a fridge and stove that were practically brand new for amazing prices. The company delivered the appliances and took away my old ones at no extra cost. They also came back promptly the next day to attach the water line to my new fridge as the old one did not fit. I will be recommending this company over and over again!!!! Thank you!

Our fridge stopped cooling so we urgently needed a service call. First I called the manufacturer; they said I would have to wait four days. I called a company in Ottawa; they scheduled a three hour window to do the servicing but never showed up. I called Bryan's Refrigeration. They made an appointment to come the next day, also in a three hour window. The courteous service person arrived in the appointed time-frame, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Great job! Highly recommended!
