Shoppers Drug Mart

Some Pharmacy staff incredibly rude. This seems to be a recurrent theme, from speaking to others and reading comments. This particular staff member (female, dark hair and glasses) should have been dealt with long ago.

Products out of date. Long lines at cash. Cold reception when entering. Expensive. Pharmacy very expensive. I have ceased shopping at any shoppers any more. Wrong prices. Definitely won't recommend shoppers to anyone.

Exceptionally disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the managers and the way they treat their employees. The employees were also rude and appeared miserable, would not recommend. You're better off taking your business to another local Shoppers Drug Mart.

Experience with the pharmacy staff was not pleasant at all...young lady who took my prescription was rude and rather abrupt with me for no reason. If I was a difficult customer, I expect that kind of behavior.

cosmetics departm...

cosmetics department is wonderful. Staff is professional and well-informed, helpful and pleasant. Pharmacy staff are not pleasant. I returned a health care product that I found questionable and was informed, "I DON'T DO REFUNDS!" at which point she said she would dispose of them, turned her back and walked off! I would not deal with Shoppers for any health care product!
