In the past reception could be very rude, but they have made some staffing changes in the past few months. On my last visit to Dr. Bezaire reception was very helpful when I called to make the appointment and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and she seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and did her best to address my needs.

Dr.Bezaire is great. No nonsense, straight to the point but caring. His receptionist can be abrupt and cold however.

Usually very good but last appointment he gave me such a awfull look that I felt I had done something really terrible. He seems to have changed ? if he is possibly having some family problems. I find the diabetic nurse very unprofessional and felt like some kid was talking to me. Being some one myself who worked with diabetics I know that feet r a very important thing and yet no one has ever checked mine in my 15 years as a diabetic.Now wouldnt u think a diabetic nurse would check them? Nope.

I find the receptionist for Dr. Bezaire RUDE. I handed in 3 forms for my family as we just moved to London and told her my condition. She said it will take few weeks. its been 3-4 weeks now and i called, she said she havent look at them yet and advised me to look for other doctor. I patiently waited for weeks and this is the answer i get. How rude and unprofessional.

Dr bill is an amazing doctor. Very nice and good with children. His receptionist, Kelly is wonderful, very kind and professional.

The doctors are excellent, the staff however could learn some humility and respect for minorities.

When I called to make an appointment they never called back or if I missed the call they don't call me back.

Very Rude

Receptionists are very rude. I'm a new mom and went in for my son's two month appointment and was running late because we come from White Oaks (30 minute drive on a good day) with a fussy baby. They were instantly rude informing me that I was late even though I was fully aware of that fact. Then they told me that the doctor would only do his vaccinations then instead of a full exam. They spoke in a condescending tone the entire time and made me very upset in front of all of the other patients.

Unprofessional manner, disrespect minorities. Office personnel should strive to be respectful and culturally sensitive to the needs of their patients, regardless of ethnic or racial background.
