Canadian Tire General Store - Auto Service

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

Visited can tire division st this am. I wondered around looking for ear plugs. I finally saw a girl with a can tire shirt on. I asked her politely if she knew where the ear plugs were. Her response. "I'm off the clock, sorry" as she was walking away. I was taken aback. I get u don't want to work any longer than u have to but jeez. This will be my last visit. I also will be sharing with all I know.

Bad Customer Service

The Service Center at the Division Street Location is very disorganized and staff could not help with my situation, but only made matters worse.
