Not happy with the 2 gals on cash yesterday around 230 PM. Either one wanted to serve us plus they had the audacity to tell me and my 17 year old to take the cart to the Lobby..... I know where the cart goes..... just rude people working for CT. I will think twice on returning.

Service centre has no care for client safety. Gave car back after tyre change and as I picked up keys kid at desk asked if anyone had called about my brakes, I said no, what about brakes? He said no worries I'll just say declined. Asked when I could book it in given apt 4 weeks. long story short took it to another garage next day who showed me how close to failing brakes were! So bad they said they would tow it but wouldn't let me drive it! Manager at CT admitted he knew how bad brakes were.

This is by far the best CT Store I have dealt with. Very helpful staff. Returns never an issue. Always have enough Advertised Specials. Great Repair Garage.
