My family GP is here and I've seen him twice, so the jury is still out but I must comment on the administrative staff/operations. It is absolutely maddening how inefficient their switchboard is: be prepared to wait minimum 10 minutes for someone to answer...I have waiting as far up as 30 minutes. Every. single. time. It is a form of disrespect, I consider.
In person, staff overall is neutral - not particularly friendly and not outright rude. Seen much worse.
Called with a medical problem - my wife cut her hand. Although it was within their operational hours, they never answered the phone. While I was waiting 'in the queue' my wife managed to drive there, about ten minutes away. When she walked in, one of the staff swore under her breath. They just told her to go to the hospital, never even looked at the injury. Two stars is generous!
