No Refunds. The store is always messy and the staff is rude. The last time I was shopping there the sales person was being extremely rude to my daughter. She scolded her for touching things and not putting things back properly; my daughter is 4. I had ask to speak to the supervision and the sales person pointed to blonde woman who was walking ON HER CELLPHONE talking about her upcoming wedding in Mexico. I could not believe how unprofessional the employees were. I walked out immediately.
