    Changing pharmacies after 25 years

    When Lise St Denis owned this pharmacy it was a well run, efficient business headed by people who took time to know you. Always a big smile from everyone, and genuine concern over their customers. It felt like family. Now, a year and a half after the changeover, I would not recognize the pharmacist(s) and the employees seem very stressed. At best the atmosphere seems chaotic, and the owner pharmacist is not in house most of the time. I have lost confidence and feel forced to go elsewhere.
