I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the process and the work was done seamlessly. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I would recommend BOS in a heartbeat! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mathews sold his practice and I was told that I would be getting surgery in May. But he’s still going to work in the hospital. I’m waiting for OHIP to see if I was approved. She checked and they haven’t received anything from OHIP. But I was told that I would have my surgery in the hospital if OHIP covers it. I have fibromyalgia and anxiety and panic attacks and I can’t be around people. So I’m hoping I find out if I would be approved.

After a dentist broke off my teeth in a bad tooth removal and left the roots I went to Dr Matthews who removed them in a matter of minutes and with no jerking and pulling. He was great in explaining everything as he worked.
