I got Peter at Altex to replace the heat pump in my condo apartment. I am very pleased with the service he offered and the price that was charged. He covered the area where he was working with carpet. He was very clean in his work and installation, taking care to properly staple the wire and install the thermostat unit in a convenient location. I am very pleased, this was an easy transaction from the initial visit for a quote, to my having to reschedule, to the installation. Thank you Peter!

I have had Altex repair or assess nearly all my appliances - stove, fridge, washer, dryer for over 20 years. Their service is excellent, cost is reasonable, and know how in diagnosing everything and every appliance is superb. They usually carry parts in the truck to make repairs immediately. Service is friendly and professional. In 2017 they have restricted services to fewer appliances.
