Can't walk in, nobody answers the phone so you can schedule an appt. You say your open, system just gets worse, no clinics, no doctors, no answers

Have used this after hours clinic several times and have always been treated fairly and with respect. Never any problem to get in when required. Sure beats having to sit in emergency for long periods of time,

Frustrating trying to book an appointment at this clinic. The receptionist rarely answers the phone or lets calls trough. Called many times today & was fed up, so wife & I went to book for our daughter & to prove a point, I sat there for 15-20 mins & called from the cell & front desk left blinking DND light flashing whole time & phone would not ring. They dont like walk ins, but you cant call to book either. Complained to girl at front desk & recd only sarcasm.854-CARE should be 854-DONT BOTHER

My daughter's dad took her to see Dr. Randy Ward and he was very unproffesional and rough with my 7 year old daughter. She was scared to open her mouth to get a swab done and he visibly sighed and rolled his eyes. Once she did open her mouth he jammed the swab down her throat quite roughly that it hurt her. Then he was instructed to bring the swab himself to the hospital for testing.
