HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLOTHES CAME BACK DAMAGED Went in for alterations for a brand new shirt and suit. The shirt came back with a huge stain on the breast pocket. The staff insisted it was my fault and offered nothing in return. The conversation was not civil, I felt harassed. The owner literally grabbed the shirt out of my hands and pushed my fiance's hand away. After 15 minutes of arguing with her she says that she doesn't speak english well and insists that we pay...nice try.

Charged me $35 to...

Charged me $35 to change underlay of dress. When I picked it up the hem was lopsided. Gave me option to either hem it or add fabric which would be too short or strange looking. I said no either redo it or refund my money. She offered me half, I said no because I had to repurchase fabric. She then flipped the story, yelled at me, spoke over me and called me a liar saying I asked for this lengh which still didn't make sense. Her husband joined in and called me a "bad guy". DO NOT GO HERE!!!
