I ordered a Teen burger and fries..Went to eat my Burger and it was ICE COLD. I phoned A&W to let them know my burger was ICE cold and to let their chef know! The women on the other end told me that was impossible That it wasn’t! ?I told her I didn’t want anything!Just let chef know that the burgers were COLD.I’m writing the review to let the public know that if you order and it’s wrong or it’s Cold that the customer is still wrong. This happened Saturday Nov 24/18 I’ll take my biz elsewhere

BOUGHT A GIFT CARD FOR ONE OF OUR STAFF FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY PURCHASED ON AUGUST 26 OR 27 FROM LIZETTE DAY MANAGER rutland a&w. SHE HAD TRBL LOADING THE CARD BUT ASSURED US IT WAS FINE. WE GAVE THE GIFT CARD TO OUR EMPLOYEE WHO WENT TO a&w IN VERNON AND SHE HAD TO PAY FOR HER LUNCH AS THE CARD WAS NOT LOADED. WE ARE NOW OUT THE cost FOR THE CARD AND THE LUNCH because the gift card is not loaded AND MANAGER OF a&w HAS NOT CALLED us BACK. This is day 6. Now I am angry.

If this is the new A&W attached to gas station in westkelowna well i was just there! Will NEVER go again .. Ladie at till was very nice the ladie handing me my food was very rude! Will never return! Really thow! If u dont like your job then get another ... But dont take your problems out on your customers.

Staff was rude , fries were limp and couldn't get order right . One burger tasted good and the other tasted bland
