Relying on recipes handed down through generations, and brave enough to invent a few of their own, Michel and Helen Labonté built the Lazy Loaf and Kettle to the thriving business it is today. Adding a natural air for hospitality to an old-fashioned work ethic, the Labontés began their baking venture as a home based business in 1989.
